.Unidentified Sky Object
It was a summernight, around twelve.
I was walking in the city.
Suddenly I saw this unidentified object in the nightsky.
It was not moving but it had a strange glow.
I did not hear any sound coming from this object.
The pictures were taken with a 5.1 megapixel digital camera.
Yes, I do carry my camera often with me, so I was lucky
being able to capture this phenomenon.
The first photo. I took this one, because I saw a less normal light
in the nightsky. Ofcourse, I observed it and asked myself:
Is it an airplane, satellite or…?

The second picture. Here I used slightly the digital zoom.
Note: digital zoom is not as good as a lens-zoom function,
which my camera does not have.

The fourth picture. This one I would classify; real strange.
The pictures were taken in 2005.
I did not report it to any authorized personnel
or any newspaper. We did not manipulate the pictures.

This is indeed the result of the lack of a tripod. My pics are suffering from the same movement-weirdness.
the further you zoom the higher the chance the pictures gets smeared because of movement of the hand. I will buy a tripod and install it permanently. We have a great attic with superb visibility into the sky…:D
